If you plan to attend the hearing, you should check this website, with Class Counsel as set forth below, or with the Court to be sure that no change to the date and time of the hearing has been made.
The Court in charge of this case still has to decide whether to approve the Settlement. Payments will be made if the Court approves the Settlement and after appeals, if any, are resolved.
